　　报告人简介：金子兵，教授、主任医师、博士生导师、首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院党委委员、北京市眼科研究所所长、首都医科大学眼科学院副院长；从事遗传性视网膜疾病诊治及干细胞眼组织再生研究，擅长诱导多能干细胞分化神经视网膜类器官及再生治疗临床研究；主持国家杰出青年科学基金、优秀青年科学基金和面上项目；发表论文150余篇，担任《眼科》杂志的执行主编。

　　报告题目：Magic Moiré in Graphene and Beyond

　　报告摘要：Moiré superlattices in 2D van der Waals materials (graphene, TMD, hBN etc) have recently been excellent platforms to study condensed matter physics due to their exotic and rich properties. With periodic lattice modulations and band transformations, moiré superlattices can induce radically new quantum phenomena, i.e. strongly correlated phase transitions, unconventional superconductivity, novel band topology etc. In this talk, I will give an overview of the central achievements and recent progresses in the field of twistronics based on moiré engineering.
